Harwinton – Mr. Edward M. Davis, 60, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, at the Waterbury Hospital. He was the husband of Deborah A. (Miller) Davis.

Edward was born May 17, 1956 in Waterbury, son of the late Raymond J. and Jane (McLean) Davis. Raised in Waterbury he was a graduate of St. Mary’s Grammar School and Kennedy High School class of 1974. He attended Central Connecticut State University and had received his Bachelor’s Degree. He was a 25 year employee of the City Waterbury, working as chief inspector for the waste treatment plant. He will be remembered for his love of astronomy, photography, golf and playing guitar and talking music with his son.

In addition to his wife he is survived by one son, Christian D. Davis of Torrington; two brothers, Mark E. Davis of Harwinton and Raymond M. Davis of Waterbury; his close friend, Terry Costello of Monroe and several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements: A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 28, at 7:00 P.M. at the Bergin Funeral Home 290 East Main St. in Waterbury. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4:00 P.M. until time of service. Burial will be private.
