Obituary
Waterbury – Mrs. Ada Rosa (Luciano) Planas, 77,of Waterbury, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2014 at St. Mary's Hospital. She was the widow of Mr. Evarista Planas.
Ada was born on May 5, 1937 in Penuelas, PR, daughter of the late Francisco and Rosa (Garcia) Luciano. Ada loved doing crossword puzzles, playing bingo and spending time with her loving family.
She is survived by three daughters, Mariceli Planas, Araceli Planas, and Damarie Planas; two sons, Luis Teissonniere, and Luis Planas; one brother; five sisters; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by one brother.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday evening, October 8, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. at Bergin Funeral Home, 290 E. Main St., Waterbury. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Family and friends may call on Wednesday from 5:00 P.M. until the time of service.
