Waterbury - Carmen Desuss, of Waterbury, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at the VITAS Innovative Care Unit in St. Mary's Hospital. Calling hours will be held on Friday, September 20, 2019 from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. A funeral home service will be held at 6:30 P.M. Burial is private.
