Cristina Carmen Peralta, 90, passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2025. Cristina was born in Bao Janico, Dominican Republic on July 24, 1935, daughter of the late Emilio Baez and Fidelia Peralta. Cristina was devoted to family and will be missed dearly by all who knew her. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 5 at 11:00 a.m. at the Shrine of St. Anne. Visitation will be held prior at Bergin Funeral Home, 290 East Main Street, Waterbury from 9:00 a.m. till 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery. Cristina leaves behind her children, Maximo Estevez, Teresa Peralta, Maria Peralta, Benita Peralta, Rafael Peralta, and Sandra Peralta; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and extended family and friends.
