Waterbury – Mr. Daniel F. Walsh, Jr, 85, passed away on Thursday, January 23, at Abbott Terrace. Daniel was born November 28, 1934 in Waterbury, son of the late Daniel F. and Isabelle (Driscoll) Walsh. Raised in Waterbury he attended local schools and was a graduate of Crosby High School, class of 1952. He went on to receive his Bachelor's degree in business of the University of Connecticut. He served honorably in the United States Army during the Korean War and then worked in food service for many years. He is survived by two brothers, William J. and Raymond J. Walsh; one sister, Patricia (Walsh) Fithian and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Edward D. Walsh. A private graveside service will be held in St. James Cemetery in Naugatuck.
