Waterbury – Delia Borrero, 76, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2021. Delia was born in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico on March 22, 1945, daughter of Ramon and Marina (Irizarry) Borrero. She leaves behind her children, Angel Luis Cales; Roberto Cales; Carmen Cales; Wanda Cales; Maria Borrero; Edwin Borrero; and Gerardo Berrero; her siblings, Carmen Borrero; and Freddie Borrero; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and extended family.
