Obituary
Waterbury- Mr. Edgardo Sanchez, 41, died Sunday, May 19, at his home. He was the companion of Miriam Colon.
Edgardo was born May 26, 1971 in Lares, Castaner, Puerto Rico, son of the late Lucas Sanchez and Anna Ramirez. He had been employed at Electrical Cable Compounds in Naugatuck and was an active communicant of Sacred Heart Sagrado Corazon Church. He volunteered in the RCIA Program and enjoyed salsa music. He played the bongos and congas.
In addition to Miriam he is survived by his daughter, Steffany Sanchez of Waterbury; two brothers, Jerry and Carlos Sanchez both of NY; two sisters, Lisandra and Tata Sanchez both of PR and several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements: Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, May 29, at Sacred Heart Sagrado Corazon Church at 10:00 A.M. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Bergin Funeral Home 290 East Main St. Waterbury.
