Waterbury – Mr. Edmond J. Breeney, 71, passed away on Thursday, June 30, at Vitas Inpatient Hospice at St. Mary's Hospital. He was the husband of Madelyn Arocho. Edmond was born July 29, 1950 in Waterbury, son of the late John and Patricia Breeney. He was a lifelong resident of Waterbury. In addition to his wife he is survived by one brother; two sisters and several nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be made in Edmond's name to Vitas Healthcare 199 Park Rd.
