Obituary
Waterbury – Mrs. Elizabeth G. (Robinson) Skuches, 71, died on Monday, January 20, at Wolcott View Manor.
Elizabeth was born March 15, 1942 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Robert I. and Evelyn G. (Tompkins) Robinson. Raised in Waterbury, she attended local schools and was a graduate of Wilby High School. She had been employed as a nurse's aide at Marathon Health Care for over 20 years. She was a communicant of the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception.
She is survived by her son, Christopher C. Skuches and his wife Abbie of Waterbury; her daughter, Kathleen A. Skuches of Waterbury; her brother, Robert Robinson of Cheshire; her niece, Patricia Burns and her husband Dean of Hudson, MA; three grandchildren, Crystal, Heather and Amy; seven great grandchildren and two great nephews and a grand-nephew. She was predeceased by her brother, Donald Robinson.
Arrangements: Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 24, at 10:30 A.M. from the Bergin Funeral Home, 290 E. Main St., to the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception for a Mass of Christian burial at 11:00 A.M. Committal prayers will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday morning from 9:00 A.M. until time to leave for Mass at 10:30 A.M.
