Obituary
Watertown – Ethel Laura Grant Shea, 85, passed away November 16, 2012 at the Glendale Center in Naugatuck. She was the widow of John Shea.
Ethel was born on April 14, 1927 in Waterbury and a graduate of Sacred Heart High School, Class of 1946. She retired from the Southern New England Telephone Company and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers.
She is survived by her three children, John Shea and his wife, Barbara of Watertown, Patrick Shea of Waterbury, and Timothy Shea and his fiancée, Ann Marie of Waterbury. The family would like to thank the Glendale Center and the Vitas Hospice for their wonderful care.
A memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, November 24th, 2012 at 10 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church, 574 Main St., Watertown. There are no calling hours. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Connecticut Humane Society,
