Waterbury – Exequiel D. Jubal, 88, of Waterbury, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022 at the VITAS Innovative Care Unit in St. Mary's Hospital. He was the husband of Estrella N. (Paglinawan) Jubal. Exequiel was born on April 10, 1934 in Oroquieta, Misamis Occidental, Philippines, son of the late Antonina and Vidal Jubal. He survived honorably as a Major in the Philippine Constabulary. Visitation will be held Friday, December 9, 2022 from 8:00 to 9:30 A.M. at Bergin Funeral Home, 290 East Main Street, Waterbury. A funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception Church. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery in Naugatuck.
