Waterbury – Mrs. Fetije (Sinani) Muarem, 79, passed away on Tuesday morning, March 5, at Vitas Innovative Hospice at St. Mary's Hospital. She was the widow of Mustafa Muarem. Mrs. Muarem was born April 12, 1939 in Struga, Macedonia, daughter of the late Sulo and Shaqe (Rapo) Sinani. She is survived by five sons, Petrit Muarem, Xhevair Muarem and Ruzhdi Muarem, all of Waterbury, Bajram Ajdari of Macedonia and Arif Sejran of Switzerland; thirteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Prayers will be held today at 12:00 P.M. at the Albanian Culture Center – Hasan Prishtina 106 Columbia Blvd. Burial and final prayers will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery.
