Waterbury- Mr. Flor A. Torres Santiago, 68, died Wednesday, June 23, at St. Mary's Hospital.
Flor was born August 25, 1941 in Penuelas, Puerto Rico son of the late Maximo Torres and Eusebia Santiago. He had served honorably in the United States Army and worked as an accountant for the Government in Puerto Rico.
He is survived by three sons, Geraldo Torres of Waterbury, Javier Torres of Colorado Springs, CO and Daniel Torres of Puerto Rico; eight brothers; three sisters and seven grandchildren.
