Obituary
Waterbury – Mrs. Genoveva (Gonzalez) Aquino, 66, of Waterbury, passed away on Thursday morning, November 21, 2013 at St. Mary's Hospital. She was the wife of Mr. Rafael Aquino.
Genoveva was born on August 27, 1947 in Lares, PR., daughter of the late Jose Gonzalez. She loved to collect owl figurines and mementos, and cherished the time she was able to spend with her family.
Besides her husband, Genoveva is survived by her five sons, Jose, Rafael, Israel, Thomas and Enrique Aquino; three daughters, Marisel and Elizabeth Aquino, and Maria Crespo; several grandchildren; and two great grandchildren, Fabien and Juliana.
Family and friends may call on Wednesday morning, November 27 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Bergin Funeral Home, 290 E. Main St., Waterbury. Funeral services will take place at 12:00 pm (NOON) at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery.
