Waterbury - Mr. Hector Luis Rodriguez Arroyo, 89, passed away on Wednesday, December 14 surrounded by his loving family. Hector was born April 12, 1933 in Ponce, Puerto Rico, son of the late Luis Colon and Mercedes Arroyo. He retired as a foreman in the manufacturing business. He is survived by five sons, Hector Rodriguez Rivera, Roberto Rodriguez, Frank Rodriguez, Abel Rodriguez and Hector Rodriguez; three daughters, Evelyn Rodriguez, Leslie Rodriguez and Shirley Rodriguez and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was predecased by two daughters, Yolanda and Cashikaly Rodriguez.
