Obituary
Waterbury- Mr. Hiram Hernandez, 69, died on Wednesday, July 9, at Waterbury Hospital.
Hiram was born June 20, 1945 in Puerto Rico, son of the late Pedro Hernandez and Ermalinda Velez.
He is survived by four sons, Frankie Irizarry of Waterbury, Freddie Irizarry of Waterbury, Hiram Hernandez, Jr of Seymour and Felix Hernandez of PA; three brothers, Eliu Hernandez, Irad Hernandez and Ruperto Hernandez; three sisters, Emily Echevarria, Rosa Maria Chavis and Almida Rosario; nineteen grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son Alberto Hernandez and brother Abraham Hernandez.
Arrangements: Calling hours will be held Monday evening, July 14, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Bergin Funeral Home 290 East Main St. Waterbury. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 15, at 10:30 A.M. at the Bergin Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the New Pine Grove Cemetery.
