Waterbury- Miss Italia Telesca, 89, died on Tuesday, July 28, at her home.
Italia was born May 28, 1926 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Gaetano and Maria (Pace) Telesca. Raised in Waterbury she attended local schools and was a graduate of Crosby High School. She had worked as a seamstress for 46 years.
She is survived by her nephew, Michael Telesca of Waterbury. She was predeceased by her brothers, Caesar and Joseph Telesca.
Arrangements: A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 4, at 12:00 P.M. at Calvary Cemetery. Those attending should meet at the cemetery office. There are no calling hours.
