Waterbury- Mrs. Janet M. (Recchia) Gugliotti, died Tuesday, August 18, at St. Mary's Hospital. She was the wife of Italo Gugliotti.
Mrs. Gugliotti was born October 30, 1950 in Waterbury daughter of John A. Recchia, Sr of NJ and the late Mary A. (Kotcho) Recchia. Raised in Waterbury, Janet attended local schools and was a graduate of Wilby High School class of 1968. She had worked as a cook at the former Sheraton Hotel and the former Howard Johnsons Restaurant.
In addition to her husband and father she is survived by one brother, John A. Recchia, Jr; one sister, Mary Ann Vinca of NJ and several nephews, nieces, grandnieces and one great nephew.
Arrangements: A mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, August 25 at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception at 10:00 A.M. Inurnment will follow in Queen of Peace Mausoleum in the Calvary Cemetery, Waterbury. There are no calling hours.
