Waterbury – Joan A. (Gasparri) Hart, 78, of Waterbury, passed away on Friday, March 23, 2018 at St. Mary's Hospital. Joan was born on January 10, 1940 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Eugene and Cecelia Rose (Cipriano) Gasparri. Joan loved all things sports and taking trips to the casino. Joan is survived by her son William Hart and his wife Joy; three grandchildren, Trevor Hart, Jason Hart, and Joanne Hart; two brothers, Robert Gasparri, and Ronnie Gasparri and his wife Jan; two sisters, Claudia Distasio, and Jeannie Boschetti; and several nieces and a nephew. Family and friends may call on Thursday, March 29, 2018 from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. at the Bergin Funeral Home, 290 E. Main St., Waterbury. A service will be held at 5:00 P.M. Burial will be held privately.
