Waterbury – John C. Czupryk, 91, of Waterbury, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at Glendale Center in Naugatuck. He was the loving husband of the late Delores Stocker. John was born on March 10, 1927 in Avoca, PA, son of the late John J. and Mary (Stiga) Czupryk. John worked as a machinist at Anaconda American Brass for several years until his retirement. He was an avid gardener, loved music and volunteered as an Assistant Coach in the Pop Warner Football League for a number of years. John is survived by two sons, Warren Czupryk and his fiancé Donna Gebow, and John Czupryk and his wife Donna; two daughters, Linda Butler and her husband John, and Delores Therkildsen and her husband Gary; his sister Kay Talbot; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
