Wolcott – Jorge-Rafael Ferreira Coelho, 62, of Wolcott passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 6, 2017. He was the husband of Holly (Simons) Coelho.

Jorge was born on November 11, 1954 in São Paio, Gouveia, Portugal, son of Rafael Mendes Coelho and Concacáo "Constance" Ferreira Coelho. Jorge was proud to have been a corporal in the United States Marine Corps and was a member of the Mill Plain Union Church in Waterbury. He owned Scents & Sensibility in Torrington for 18 years. He will be remembered for his loving heart, child-like enthusiasm, his cooking and his pride in his children.

Jorge is survived by his wife Holly; their three children, Kevin, Steven and Leah Coelho; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Eduardo and their parents.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Mill Plain Union Church, 242 Southmayd Rd., Waterbury
