Obituary
Julia Vazquez, 88, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 7, 2015, surrounded by family. She was the wife of the late Andres Narvaez.
Julia was born on February 15, 1927 in Naranjito, Puerto Rico. She was the daughter of the late Juan Vazquez and Evangelista Villegas. Julia always thought of others and will be loved and remembered for her kind heart and generosity.
Julia is survived by her 9 children, Carmen, Andres, Maria, Pablo, Ana, Luz, Miguel, Sol, and Marta; her siblings, Lydia and Francisco; her 42 grandchildren; her 92 great-grandchildren; her 14 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by 13 brothers and sisters.
Arrangements: Calling hours will be held on Friday, April 10 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Bergin Funeral Home, 290 East Main Street, Waterbury. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, April 11 at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart - Sagrado Corazon Church, 13 Wolcott Street Waterbury. Burial will follow in New Calvary Cemetery, 2324 East Main Street, Waterbury.
