Waterbury – Ms. Kathleen Finnegan, 61, of Waterbury, passed away Sunday morning, December 2, 2012 at Waterbury Hospital after a long illness.
Kathleen was born July 30, 1951 in Waterbury, daughter of the late James and Alice (Nolan) Finnegan. She is survived by one brother who resides in Sonora, California.
