Torrington – Kushtrim Bytyqi, 35, passed away on Saturday, April 2, at the Waterbury Hospital. He was the husband of Valdete (Ahmeti) Bytyqi. Kushtrim was born December 19, 1986 in Prishtina, Kosovo, son of Mevlyde (Korpuzi) Bytyqi of Waterbury and the late Isa Shaban Bytyqi. He was taken much too soon, he had worked so hard to start a family and bring joy to those he loved. He will never be forgotten. In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by his son, Drin Bytyqi; his brothers, Kreshnik Bytyqi of FL and Shpetim Bytyqi of Southington; his sister, Albulena Bytyqi of Waterbury; his maternal grandmother, Zarife Korpuzi of Kosovo; one niece, four nephews and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Prayers will be held today, April 5, at 1:00 P.M. at the AAMC 38 Raymond St. in Waterbury. Burial and final prayers will follow in the New Pine Grove Cemetery 850 Meriden Rd. Waterbury.
