Waterbury – Lillian Hernandez, 44, passed away on Sunday, March 17, at Vitas Innovative Hospice Care at St. Mary's Hospital. Lillian was born February 6, 1975 in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, daughter of Lourdes Rivera of Waterbury and Efrain Hernandez of NJ. Lillian will be remembered for the joy she found in singing and dancing and making her family laugh. She enjoyed walking to the park, baseball and Christian music. God was a very important part of her life and she praised and thanked him for the gifts she was given. In addition to her parents, Lillian is survived by one brother, Efrain Hernandez of Staten Island, NY; three sisters, Marisol Hernandez, Celines Hernandez and Lourdes Hernandez, all of Waterbury; two nieces and four nephews. Friends may call on Friday, March 22, from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. at the Bergin Funeral Home 290 East Main St. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 P.M. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
