Middlebury – Mrs. Lois H. (Schaefer) Larkin, 81, passed away on Monday, April 6, at St. Mary's Hospital. She was the widow of John F. "Jack" Larkin, Jr. Lois was born August 13, 1938 in Waterbury, daughter of the late John and Anela (Baranoski) Schaefer. Raised in Oakville she attended local schools and was a graduate of Watertown High School. She was kind and gentle soul that loved to sing and dance. Lois is survived by her son, Brad F. Larkin and his wife Renee of Watertown; her daughter, Kelly Good and her husband Philip of Warren; her brother-in-law, Robert "Red" Larkin; son-in-law, Tommy Varrato of FL; six grandchildren, Kyle Larkin, Bryan Larkin, Jack Good, Quinn Good, Nicholas Varrato and Tommy Varrato, Jr and his wife Kinsey and many nieces and nephews. Lois was a Great Grandmother and is survived by her Great Grandchildren, Walker and Maven. Lois was predeceased by her daughter, Robin Varrato and her sister, June Legge.
