Obituary
Waterbury- Mr. Luis Oscar Velez, 51, died Friday, February 17 at Yale New Haven Hospital with his mother and family by his side.
Louis was born June 18, 1960 in San german, Puerto Rico son of Maria G. Muniz of Waterbury and the late Victoriano Velez.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his three brothers, Jose Arroyo of PR, Harry Feliciano of Bronx, NY and David Muniz of Waterbury; his sister Brenda Saltachin of Brooklyn, NY and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, February 22, from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
