Waterbury- Miss Marie Ann Coffey, 85, died Monday morning, July 30, at Meridian Manor.
Miss Coffey was born August 27, 1926 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Patrick and Mary (Reilly) Coffey. Raised in Waterbury she had attended local schools and was a graduate of Annhurst College in Woodstock. She was a first grade teacher at St. Mary's Grammar School for many years and was a communicant of the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception.
Arrangements: A mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 3, at 9:00 A.M. at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery, Naugatuck. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are in the care of the Bergin Funeral Home 290 East Main St.
