Obituary
New Rochelle, NY- Mrs. Marjorie (Glynn) Walter, 88, former resident of Waterbury, died Wednesday, November 2, at the Schaffer Extended Care Center in New Rochelle. She was the widow of Vernon C. Walter.
Mrs. Walter was born February 22, 1923 in Waterbury daughter of the late William and Edna (Brennan) Glynn. She received her Bachelor degree from the University of Connecticut and Masters degree from Southern College State College. She had been employed as a librarian for the University of Connecticut Library and retired from the Silas Bronson Library.
She is survived by her son, Clark E. Walter and his wife Jane of New Rochelle, NY; three grandchildren, Kevin, Mark and Katherine and three great grandchildren, Harrison, Scott and Ryan.
Arrangements: Private graveside services were held at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Watertown.
