Waterbury – Mrs. Mary E. (Bishop) Barry, 68, passed away on Wednesday evening at Vitas Innovative Hospice at St. Mary's Hospital. She was the widow of Robert J. Barry.

Mary was born May 31, 1948 in Brooklyn, New York, daughter of the late William and Dorothy (Brown) Bishop.

She is survived by her son, Christopher D. Barry of Waterbury; her daughter, Rosemarie DeCarlo of Waterbury; two brothers, George Bishop of Ansonia and William Bishop of NJ; two sisters, June Methe of Norwalk and Kathy Puterbaugh of TX and several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements: Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, March 21, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Bergin Funeral Home 290 East Main St. Waterbury. Burial will be private.
