Obituary
Waterbury - Mrs. Mary Maunsell, 97, died at Beacon Brook Health Care in Naugatuck on Monday, November 3, 2008. She was the widow of Michael Maunsell.
Mary was born in Bally Duff Co Kerry Ireland, on November 13, 1910, daughter to the late Martin and Ellen Kearney. She moved to the U.S.A and worked for SNET Pioneers for twenty years before retiring. She was a communicant of SS Peter & Paul Church, and member of the Waterbury Hospital Evergreen Club.
She is survived by one son; Michael Maunsell of Waterbury; two daughters; Mrs. Patricia Caron of Cheshire, Mrs Kathleen Shae of Seymour; two brothers, John Kearney, Martin Kearney of Ireland , two sisters, Bridie Wren of New Jersey, Joan Smith of New York, ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Mary was predeceased by a brother James and a sister Kathleen Phelan.
Arrangements: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, November 7 at 10:00 A.M. at Saints Peter and Paul Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
