Obituary
Watertown- Merzika Serifi, 61, passed away on Thursday, April 16, at the Connecticut Hospice in Branford.
Merzika was born August 26, 1953 in Manastir, Macedonia, daughter of Ali and Rinie (Lumani) Serifi of Prespa, Macedonia.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her daughter, Albiona Ismaili and her husband Liri of Watertown; two brothers, Ibraim and Yksel Serifi of Macedonia; one sister, Pembe Asani of Macedonia and four grandchildren, Nazmi, Dafina, Admie and Agon Serifi.
Arrangements: Prayers will be held on Saturday, April 18, at 10:00 A.M. at the Albanian Culture Center – Hasan Prishtina 106 Columbia Blvd. Waterbury. Burial and prayers will follow in the New Pine Grove Cemetery.
