Michelle Cobb (Carroll), 60, passed away on Sunday, February 28, at her home. Michelle was born February, 14, 1961 in White Plains, New York. She had served honorably in the United States Army. A graveside Service with full military honors will be held privately at the Connecticut State Veterans Cemetery in Middletown.
