Waterbury – Mr. Muslija Tukic, 83, passed away on Tuesday, May 23, at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. He was the husband of the late Mirveta (Pahumi) Tukic. Muslija was born May 23, 1940 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, son of the late Abdula and Zibide Tukic. He immigrated to the United States 26 years ago and worked as a painting contractor. He is survived by his son, Emir Tukic and his wife Klementina Dina of Woodbury; three daughters, Bedri Tukic of NY, Emina Tukic Frangu and her husband Naim of Waterbury and Julie Frangu and her husband Danny of Woodbury and ten grandchildren.
