Nelson Arroyo, 62, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2015. He was the husband of Deborah Arroyo.
Nelson was born on November 18, 1952, in Penuelas, Puerto Rico. He was the son of Miguel A. Arroyo Sr. and Petra (Garcia) Arroyo. He currently resided in Waterbury.
Besides his wife, Deborah, Nelson is survived by his step-daughter, Melinda Montalvo, of Waterbury; his brothers, Mike Arroyo and his wife, Christine, of West Hartford; and Elvin Arroyo, and his wife, Donna, of Waterbury; his 4 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, April 27, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and concluding with a service at 12:00 p.m., at Bergin Funeral Home, 290 East Main Street, Waterbury. Burial will be held privately.
