Waterbury - Octavio Velazquez, 63, passed away on Monday, March 29, at his home. He was born July 1, 1957 in Ponce, Puerto Rico, son of the late UlpianoVelazquez Merenguely and Sofia Segarra. He is survived by many nieces and nephews.
