Obituary
Waterbury – Patricia A. Drapatin, 89, passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2017. She was the wife of the late Robert Drapatin.
Patricia was born in New Haven, Connecticut on March 18, 1928 to the late Lawrence and Alice Kemp. She was employed at Reagan School in Waterbury for many years before her retirement. Patricia was a devout Catholic and enjoyed gardening. She loved to travel with her husband prior to his passing and had spent most of their retirement years in Florida.
Patricia is survived by her six children, Robert Drapatin; Dennis Drapatin; Alicia Drapatin; Edward Drapatin, and his wife, Donna; Liz Drapatin; and Larry Drapatin; her four grandchildren, Jamie Gormly; Eddie Drapatin; Alex Drapatin; and Nyrieka Drapatin; her three great-grandchildren, Eyan Gormly; Logan Gormly; and Nesaj Bastos; and several nieces and nephews, and extended family.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert; her brothers, William Kemp and Lawrence Kemp; and her sister, Jean Macomber.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 18 at SS. Peter and Paul Church, 67 Southmayd Road, Waterbury. Meet directly at church. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
