Obituary
Waterbury- Mrs. Patricia (Deady) Stasaitis, 78, of Crescent St. died Tuesday, January 1 at St. Mary's Hospital in Waterbury. She was the widow of George C. Stasaitis.
Mrs. Stasaitis was born June 14, 1929 in Waterbury daughter of the late Brigadier General William W. and Alice (McNulty) Deady. Raised in Waterbury she attended local schools and was a graduate of Waterbury Catholic High School. She had attended St. Joseph's College in West Hartford. Before her marriage and raising her family she had been employed at the Waterbury Republican American as a secretary, she later went on to retire from General Data Comm, were she worked as a cable verifier. She was a communicant of St. Margaret Church and had been a member of the Ladies Guild. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother, wife, daughter and sister and was loved by her family friends and especially her many nieces and nephews.
She is survived by one daughter, Catherine J. Stasaitis of Waterbury; one brother, Dr. John J. Deady of Milwaukee, WI; one sister, Mrs. Bernice D. Moore of Watch Hill, RI and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one son, William J. Stasaitis and one brother William C. Deady.
Arrangements: Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 5 at 9:30 A.M. from the Bergin Funeral Home 290 East Main St. to St. Margaret Church for mass of Christian burial at 10:00 A.M.
