Obituary
Waterbury- Mr. Pedro "Primito" Serrano-Colon, 89, died Sunday, November 14 at his home.
Pedro was born November 20, 1920 in Ponce, Puerto Rico son of the late Pedro and Teresa (Colon) Serrano. Pedro will be remembered by his family and friends as a generous father, loyal friend and a gentleman who celebrated his life to the fullest.
He is survived by four sons, Marcial Serrano, Miguel Serrano and Carlos Serrano all of Waterbury and Ivan Serrano of Puerto Rico; one daughter, Evelyn Melendez of Puerto Rico; one brother Emilio Serrano of Puerto Rico; one sister Marina Colon of Puerto Rico; twenty six grandchildren; sixty one great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter Myriam Serrano.
Arrangements: A funeral service will be held on Friday evening, November 19, at 8:00 P.M. at the Bergin Funeral Home 290 East Main St. Waterbury.
Calling hours are from 5:00 P.M. until time of service. Burial will be private.
