Mr Rakip Rakip's Obituary
WATERBURY – Mr. Rakip Rakip, 70 of 31 Coral Dr. died Sunday, April 10, 2011 at Waterbury Hospital . He was the husband of Nazuktr (Ayrus) Rakip.
Mr. Rakip was born in Ohrid , Macedonia on August 21, 1940 a son of the late Alleseat and Fikriye Rakip and was a barber in Macedonia and when he came to Waterbury in 1974. He was also a restaurateur for 20 years and had owned the Venice Diner in Southington .
Besides his wife he leaves a son, Gengis Rakip of Waterbury and a daughter, Nilga Ejup of Waterbury and 2 grandchildren.
Funeral procession will be leaving the Albanian Culture Center- Hasan Prishtina, 106 Columbia Blvd. Waterbury. at 1:30 P.M. traveling to the New Pine Grove Cemetery for prayers.
