Waterbury – Mr. Raymond LaBonte, 84, passed away on Thursday, April 16, at Regal Care in Waterbury. Raymond was born July 4, 1935 in Kent, son of the late Joseph and Anita (Pelletier) LaBonte. Raymond proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for four years. He was a member of the Franco American Club and worked there as a bartender for many years and a communicant of the Shrine of St. Anne. He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Mullen and her husband Richard of Watertown; sons, Richard LaBonte of Terryville and Roland LaBonte of Plymouth; his sister Irene Grosso of Waterbury; two grandchildren Andrew and Kyle Mullen of Watertown and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his siblings, Marie Philibert, Jeanne Bergeron, George, Paul, Henry, Herve, John and Philip LaBonte. A private graveside service will be held in the Calvary Cemetery.
