Waterbury – Mr. Reinaldo Caraballo, Sr., 78, of Waterbury, passed away on Friday morning, November 29, 2013 at the Paradigm Health Care Center of Waterbury. He was the husband of Mrs. Ada N. (Feliciano) Caraballo.

Reinaldo was born on May 28, 1935 in Yauco, Puerto Rico, son of the late Pedro and Rosario (Dastas) Caraballo. He took much pride in his ancestry and loved Puerto Rican Folk Music and playing dominos.

Bedsides' his wife, Reinaldo is survived by two daughters, Sofia Caraballo of Lake Worth, Fl., and Vivian Caraballo of Waterbury; a son, Reinaldo Caraballo, Jr., of Waterbury; a brother, Americo Caraballo of Puerto Rico; four grandchildren, Anel Rivera, Edna Martinez, Tomasito Caraballo and Yaniel Caraballo; three great-grandchildren, Nicholas Martinez, Issac Rivera and Christian Caraballo; and several nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, December 2, 2013 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart – Sagrado Corazon Church, 13 Wolcott St., Waterbury. Burial will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery. Family and friends may call on Sunday, December 1, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Bergin Funeral Home, 290 E. Main St., Waterbury.
