Obituary
Waterbury – Mr. Robert F. Baker, Jr., 66, of Waterbury, passed away on Thursday, June 27 in Beacon Falls.
Robert was born on April 5, 1947 in Waterbury, son of Mrs. Sarah A. (DeVito) Baker of Naugatuck and the late Robert F. Baker, Sr. Growing up in Naugatuck, he attended local schools and was a graduate of Naugatuck High School, class of 1964. He worked for ITW Powertrain Fastening in Naugatuck, retiring after many years of service. Robert was also a member of the B P O Elks Lodge # 265 of Waterbury and was an avid fisherman.
Robert is survived by a son, Robert F. Baker, III, of Wolcott; a daughter, Lisa SanAngelo and her husband, Gary, of Wolcott; a brother, Ron Baker, of Waterbury; three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 A.M., Monday, July 8, at the Basilica of The Immaculate Conception, 74 W Main St., Waterbury. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Family and friends may call on Sunday evening, July 7, from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M., at the Bergin Funeral Home, 290 E. Main St.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Baker's name to the Elk's Scholarship Fund C/O the B.P.O. Elks # 265, 283 West Main St. Waterbury, CT 06702
