Wolcott – Robin L. King, 58, died on January 9, at Wolcott View Manor.
Robin was born March 22, 1956, daughter of the late August King, Sr and Marie Antoinette (Cyr) King. She resided in Waterbury all of her life until recently moving to Wolcott. She graduated from Driggs Grammar School and W. F. Kaynor Technical High School. She had been employed at Waterbury Garment for 32 years as a market agent until their closing.
Robin was an avid bingo player and bowled on a league at Lakewood Lanes for many years. She enjoyed crocheting and loved spending time with family and friends. Many family members have crocheted afghans and various scarves and hats that Robin crocheted for them as gifts.
She is survived by her brother, August King, Jr and his wife Jacqueline of Griswold; her sisters, Mildred Cizauskas and her husband Ronald of Winsted and Patricia Azzara of Waterbury and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
Arrangements: Calling hours will be held on Saturday, January 24, from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Bergin Funeral Home 290 East Main St. in Waterbury. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 P.M. Burial will be private.
