Waterbury – Rolando Palermo, 52, of Waterbury, passed away on November 4, 2022 at Waterbury Hospital. Rolando was born on September 10, 1970 in Ponce, Puerto Rico, son of Oscar and Maria (Torres) Palermo. He is survived by his four children, including Zuleika Palermo with who he resided, and her son Kaden Santiago; as well as seven other grandchildren; two brothers; and five sisters.
