Watertown – Mrs. Rose Marie "Dolly" Roncarti, 89, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at the Waterbury Hospital. She was the widow of Herbert H. Roncarti. Dolly was born January 14, 1932 in Oakville, daughter of the late Crecenzo and Mafalda (Pietrorazio) Barbieri. Raised in Oakville she attended local schools and was a graduate of Watertown High School. She had been employed as the office manager of T & L Trucking for many years, retiring on July 31, 1986. She is survived by her son, Scott M. Roncarti and his wife Kathleen of Watertown; her daughter, Dawn M. Belval of Thomaston; one sister, Mary Lou Ciriello of Watertown; four grandchildren, Cassandra and Christopher Roncarti and Matthew and Ryan Belval; four great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins including her devoted nephew and Godson, Gary Ciriello and his wife Deborah of Watertown. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, March 8, at 10:00 A.M. at St. John the Evangelist Church 574 Main St. Watertown (Please meet directly at church). Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be enforced. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
