Waterbury- Mr. Russell Harold Treat, Jr, 68, died Wednesday, April 6, at St. Mary's Hospital.
Russell was born February 4, 1943 in New haven son of the late Russell H. and Cecelia (Tuttle) Treat, Sr. He had been employed as a truck driver for Bozzuto's IGA for many years.
He is survived by his sister Sandra.
