Waterbury – Mrs. Sandra "Jamie" (Secula) Laviana, 43, passed away on Sunday, April 29, at the Waterbury Hospital. She was the wife of Robert D. Laviana. Jamie was born December 4, 1974 in Waterbury, daughter of the late James F. and Sandra J. (Brenner) Secula. Raised in Waterbury she was a graduate of Saints Peter and Paul Grammar School, class of 1988, Sacred Heart High School, class of 1992 and received a degree in administration from Porter and Chester Institute, class of 1996. In addition to her husband she is survived by one son, Kyle J. Laviana; two daughters, Emily J. Laviana and Ryleigh M. Laviana; three brothers, Thomas M. Secula, Robert F. Secula and Gregg M. Secula and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, May 3, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Bergin Funeral Home 290 East Main St. Waterbury. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 4, at 11:00 A.M. at Saints Peter and Paul Church. Burial will be private.
