Naugatuck – Sarah Baker, 95, passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2018. She was the wife of the late Robert F. Baker, Sr. Sarah was born in Waterbury on June 10, 1923 to Nicholas and Angelina (Toma) DeVito. She is survived by her son, Ronald Baker; her grandchildren, Lisa SanAngelo and husband Gary; Robert Baker III; Eric Baker; Brian Baker and wife Alicia; Timothy Baker and wife Danielle; her 8 great-grandchildren; her nephew Kenneth Deflorio and partner Sharon, niece Suzzanne LaCapra and husband George. Including her husband, Robert, Sarah was predeceased by her son, Robert Baker, Jr., and all of her brothers and sisters. She enjoyed walking, shopping, her beloved dogs, ham sandwiches and spending time with family. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 17 at 9 a.m. at Bergin Funeral Home, 290 East Main Street, Waterbury, for a calling hour. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, October 17 at 11 a.m. at St. Vincent Ferrer Church, Naugatuck. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Waterbury. A calling hour will be held prior to Mass from 9 to 10 a.m. at Bergin Funeral Home, 290 East Main Street, Waterbury.
