Trumbull – Senieje Lumani, 88, passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2018. She was the wife of Abdulla Lumani. Senieje was born in Nakolec, Prespa, Macedonia on November 28, 1929 to the late Myrteza and Meleke (Arizi) Shemshedini. Including her husband, Abdulla, Senieje is survived by her 2 sons, Mazar Lumani, and his wife, Nevruze; and Bedri Lumani, and his wife, Sebat; her 2 daughters, Merjeme Osmani; and Nezaqet Osmani, and her husband, Reshat; her 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Shabah Shemshedini; and her son in law, Sedat Osmani. Calling hours will be held today, Wednesday, May 30 from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Bergin Funeral Home, 290 East Main St., Waterbury. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 1:00 p.m. from the Albanian American Muslim Islamic Community Center, 38 Raymond St., Waterbury. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
